概况
张灿阳,清华大学深圳国际研究生院助理教授、博士生导师、特别研究员。2014年博士毕业于华南理工大学化学工程专业(导师:章莉娟教授、钱宇教授),期间于德国慕尼黑大学联合培养(导师:Ernst Wagner院士),先后于华盛顿州立大学(合作导师:Zhenjia Wang教授)、麻省理工学院(新加坡科研中心,合作导师:Paula Hammond院士)从事博士后研究。主要从事功能生物医用材料设计与开发,靶向递送与控缓释技术研发,免疫调控,生物医用器件研发,面向肿瘤诊疗、抗菌抗感染、炎症免疫调控等应用的制剂工程研究等。迄今已发表学术论文40余篇,其中第一/通讯作者文章30余篇,包括Sci. Adv.、Adv. Mater.、Biomaterials、Bioact. Mater.、Chem. Eng. J.、J. Control. Release、Biomaterials、AIChE J.等国际高水平期刊,H-因子24。

研究领域
研究方向重点是面向生物医药与生命健康领域重大需求与问题,设计和开发多功能工程化生物材料载体和递送(剂型)策略,用于疾病诊断与治疗,如癌症、感染、自身免疫性疾病。主要有四个研究方向:
1)刺激-响应型(聚β-氨基酯)材料库的设计(计算机辅助和模拟)与建立;
2)细胞介导的免疫调控靶向系统的开发;
3)基于产品工程与制剂工程的生物医药与健康工程研究;
4)微针相关技术与产品开发。
课题组招收博士后、科研助理、博士研究生、以及硕士研究生,欢迎具有化学工程与技术、化学、材料科学与技术、生物学、微生物学、药学、食品工程、医学、生物医学工程等背景的同学加盟。
